add project task budgets to the TimeChimp MCP connector

Hi Timechimp,

Could you add one read-only tool to our TimeChimp MCP connector?

Why: I use Claude to put the remaining hours per epic in our Jira tickets. The connector gives the hours per task (get_hours) and the budget per project (get_projects), but not the budget per task. Right now Claude has to read that from the TimeChimp website, which needs a manual login.

Requested tool: get_project_tasks

- Input: project_id (integer), optionally include_inactive (default true)

- Output per task: task id, task name, active/deactivated, billable, budget hours, tracked hours, remaining hours

Side note: get_scheduled_assignments and get_schedule_project_users currently return a permission error ("Make sure you have the right permission…").
